Meeting Pods

Meeting pods are freestanding enclosed spaces designed for team meetings, presentations, and private group discussions in open-plan offices. They range from two-person configurations to larger rooms accommodating eight or more. They include integrated furniture, lighting, ventilation, power, and acoustic insulation, functioning as a self-contained meeting room without construction.

Meeting pods are suited to offices that need additional private meeting capacity in an open-plan floor without the cost or disruption of building permanent rooms.
