Overview

The Hush Free Meet Pod is an acoustic pod designed for one or two people in modern offices. It supports scheduled and impromptu meetings that require privacy and a controlled acoustic environment. The pod also suits individual focused work when a quiet space is needed. It offers flexible furnishing options, including predefined table and sofa setups or the option to use custom furniture. Integrated castors allow the pod to be repositioned easily as workspace needs change.

The pod includes acoustic glass walls and engineered panels that help manage noise effectively in shared environments. Motion activated ceiling lighting provides adjustable illumination that supports varied meeting tasks. Ventilation is delivered through four fans that operate automatically on entry to maintain a fresh interior. An optional control module allows users to adjust fan speed, light colour, and intensity. This module also supports booking functionality when used with compatible systems. The pod’s components support comfort for face to face and hybrid meetings.

The structure features a stable base with levelling feet and the option for seismic anchoring. Integrated power access supports device use during meetings or focused sessions. Carpet flooring contributes to interior comfort during longer discussions. Optional elements such as sofas, a table, and an occupancy signal expand interior usability. Front and rear acoustic glass walls maintain visibility while providing acoustic control. With its compact footprint and adaptable configuration, the pod suits evolving office layouts.
