Overview

The Hush Free Meet Pod is a spacious acoustic pod designed for one to six people in modern workplaces. It offers a flexible alternative to medium sized conference rooms and supports meetings, teamwork, presentations, and workshops. Users can configure the interior with custom furniture or choose predefined layouts including conference or coffee tables and sofas. Optional additions such as a TV or screen mount help support hybrid meetings and collaborative work. Integrated castors allow simple movement as workplace layouts evolve.

The pod incorporates acoustic glass walls and acoustic panels to support noise control in open plan offices. Motion activated ceiling lighting provides adjustable illumination suited to varied meeting requirements. Ventilation is delivered by eight fans that activate automatically to refresh the interior during use. An optional control module allows users to adjust airflow, colour temperature, and lighting intensity and can support booking functions. These features help create a consistent and comfortable environment for extended sessions in shared workplaces.

The structure features a tempered laminated acoustic glass door with a handrail, interior carpet flooring, and stable levelling feet. Integrated wheels support repositioning, while a seismic anchoring option is available when required. Acoustic panels are offered in several colour options to complement workplace interiors. Optional elements include sofas, tables, coffee tables, a TV mounting kit, and an occupancy signal for external visibility. With its adaptable interior and generous dimensions, the pod supports flexible workplace planning.
