Overview

The Hush Free Meet Pod is an acoustic pod designed for one to four people in shared office environments. It supports teamwork, confidential conversations, and creative brainstorming sessions. The pod can also be used by individuals when smaller pods are occupied. Removable furniture allows users to configure the interior to their preferences with selected table and sofa options. Additional features such as an optional control module and booking system help meet varied workplace needs. Integrated castors allow the pod to move easily during layout changes.

The pod includes acoustic glass walls and engineered panels to support sound control in open plan spaces. Motion activated ceiling lighting provides adjustable illumination for meetings. Ventilation operates automatically through four fans that refresh the interior during use. An optional module allows users to adjust airflow, colour temperature, and light intensity. The pod can also support an optional TV mounting kit for meeting content. These features help create a comfortable and focused environment for extended conversations.

The structure includes a tempered laminated acoustic glass door with a handrail and a stable base. Levelling feet help stabilise the pod, while a seismic anchoring option is available. Interior carpet flooring supports comfort during longer meetings. Acoustic panels in multiple colour options allow visual customisation that aligns with interior schemes. Optional elements include sofas, tables, and a pod occupancy signal for external visibility. With its flexible layout and compact footprint, the pod integrates efficiently into evolving office plans.
