Overview

The Hush Free Meet Access Pod is an accessible acoustic pod designed for one to six people in modern workplaces. It provides a flexible alternative to traditional meeting rooms and supports business meetings, presentations, team discussions, and hybrid communication. A low threshold, wider door, and convenient handle allow smooth wheelchair access, ensuring the pod is suitable for users with mobility disabilities. The interior can be arranged to accommodate different group sizes and meeting formats.

The pod incorporates acoustic glass walls and acoustic panels that help reduce noise and support privacy in shared environments. Motion activated ceiling lighting provides adjustable brightness for productive sessions, while eight fans deliver automatic ventilation to maintain comfort during extended meetings. An optional control module enables adjustment of airflow, colour temperature, and lighting intensity. Optional additions such as a TV mounting kit support collaboration and hybrid communication.

The structure includes a tempered laminated acoustic glass door with a handrail, interior carpet flooring, and levelling feet for stable positioning. A low threshold provides easy wheelchair entry across various floor surfaces. Acoustic panels are offered in a range of colour options to complement workplace interiors. Optional elements include a conference table, occupancy signal, and seismic anchoring. With its spacious interior and accessible design, the pod integrates effectively into inclusive workplace strategies.
