Overview

The Hush Free Meet Access Pod is an acoustic meeting pod designed for one to four people, including users with mobility impairments. It provides an accessible environment for focused work, meetings, and private conversations within open workplaces. A low threshold, wider door, and convenient handle support wheelchair entry and smooth movement inside the pod. The interior can be configured flexibly to support collaborative sessions or quiet individual work, and a predefined layout with a table and two sofas is also available.

The pod features acoustic glass walls and acoustic panels that help reduce noise transfer in shared environments. Motion activated ceiling lighting provides adjustable brightness for visual comfort during different tasks. Ventilation is delivered through four fans that activate automatically to refresh the interior air during use. An optional control module allows users to adjust airflow, lighting intensity, and colour temperature. Optional accessories such as a TV mounting kit can support hybrid meetings or presentations when required.

The structure includes a tempered laminated acoustic glass door with a handrail, interior carpet flooring, and stable levelling feet. A low threshold ensures smooth wheelchair access across varied floor levels. Acoustic panels are available in multiple colour options to align with workplace design schemes. Optional additions include a pod occupancy signal and seismic anchoring. With its accessible design and adaptable interior, the pod supports inclusive workplace planning for diverse user needs.
