Overview

The Hush Free Hybrid Work Pod is a one person acoustic pod for longer individual work and online communication. It is suitable for video conferences, online meetings, presentations, and focused tasks in open plan workplaces. The pod is supplied with a freestanding sofa and practical work desk to support extended use. Side LED lighting helps keep the user clearly visible during video calls and hybrid meetings. The pod offers an effective alternative to small meeting rooms while preserving privacy and acoustic comfort.

Motion activated LED ceiling lighting with adjustable intensity provides consistent, task ready illumination whenever the pod is occupied. Efficient ventilation powered by two fans refreshes the interior, supporting comfort during longer work sessions. The optional control module allows users to adjust fan speed, colour temperature, and light intensity and manage bookings. An optional holder supports installation of a monitor or all in one computer for digital collaboration. These integrated systems help create a reliable environment for video based workflows in busy office settings.

The pod features acoustic glass walls, acoustic panels, and carpet flooring to support privacy and user comfort. A tempered laminated acoustic glass door with handrail provides safe access to the interior workspace. Integrated wheels enable repositioning, while levelling feet and optional seismic anchoring support stable installation. An optional occupancy signal can indicate when the pod is in use within shared environments. Acoustic panels and finishes are available in a range of colours to coordinate with surrounding furniture and fittings.
