At Office Furniture Company, we’re committed to making the delivery process straightforward and affordable. We proudly ship Australia-wide, delivering to both metro and regional areas, and to commercial and residential addresses.
Freight costs are added to your cart at the end of the checkout process. Most customers pay a flat rate of $59, and the majority of orders incur freight charges of under $99.
However, if your order is for a large quantity, going to a regional area, or contains particularly heavy items, the cart may prompt you to contact us for a freight quote instead of allowing checkout. This simply ensures we can find the best delivery option for your order.
Because office furniture is large, bulky, and often heavy, delivery involves more than just transport. Safe unloading, time on site, and accessibility all play a role in how freight is calculated. Things like limited parking, narrow stairwells, no lift access, or extended check-in procedures at commercial buildings can significantly affect the time and effort required to complete a delivery, which in turn impacts the cost. We also follow strict OH&S standards to ensure the safety of our delivery partners, which may require specialised equipment or extra personnel in certain situations. For these reasons, more complex deliveries may attract additional charges, but we’ll always aim to find the most cost-effective solution for your location.

Pick-Up
Collection is available on request for many products. However, not all items are stocked at every warehouse, and in some cases we may need to arrange a stock transfer from another state.

Then contact us (by phone, chat, email or quote request) and we'll confirm availability and provide a freight-free checkout option if pick up is possible.
