Office and Admin Fitout for New Adelaide Aquatic Centre
What was the requirement?
Office Furniture Company (OFC) was engaged by YMCA to deliver a full office fitout at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre in North Adelaide. The project covered workstation, meeting, and breakout areas, and needed to be completed within a fixed window in the weeks leading into the Christmas holiday closure. With an active build site and a hard deadline, the project required tight coordination across multiple suppliers alongside site induction compliance.
What solution did OFC recommend?
OFC recommended a complete furniture solution across all areas of the workspace. Workstations were configured with Boost+ Electric Height Adjustable desks, giving staff the flexibility to sit or stand throughout the day, with integrated power and data infrastructure throughout. Meeting and breakout zones were furnished with complementary tables and seating to create a consistent, functional environment across the full floor.
What were the results?
The fitout was completed on schedule, with all deliveries, site induction requirements, and supplier coordination managed by OFC within the holiday deadline. Installation was signed off successfully, with the Adelaide Aquatic Centre ready for occupation before the site closed for Christmas.
